The government is considering making the alleged threatening post public



 The government has started considering publishing the alleged threatening post. Geo News report claims that an important consultative meeting was held in Bani Gala under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan. I was consulted about making the threatening post public. The cabinet is likely to get approval today to make the post public.

It may be recalled that the Supreme Court yesterday issued an eight-page written order annulling the rolling of the Deputy Speaker, stating that the rolling of the Deputy Speaker on April 3 was declared unconstitutional. Rolling of Deputy Speaker has no status, Rolling of Deputy Speaker is declared null and void.

The present case is being dealt with on these issues. The dissolution of the National Assembly is also unconstitutional. The no-confidence motion is still pending.

After the no-confidence motion, the National Assembly session will not be adjourned till the election of the new Prime Minister. If the no-confidence motion is successful, the Prime Minister will be elected in the same National Assembly session. Will A five-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Umar Ata Bandial also heard for the fifth day in a row the suo motu notice on the Deputy Speaker Rolling case and petitions of various parties. Jamal Khan Mandokhel was also present on the bench.

After the hearing, the larger bench reserved its verdict. Before delivering the verdict, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Omar Ata Bandial had summoned the Chief Action Commissioner to inquire about the election and delimitation of constituencies.
