In this regard, a statement issued by the spokesperson of the Election Commission said that the Election Commission has called an emergency meeting regarding the preparations for the elections, the meeting will review the preparations in case of general elections, Election Commission And will fulfill its responsibility in accordance with the law.
It may be recalled that the English newspaper Dawn had reported that a senior official of the Election Commission had termed the legal complexities and other steps as major challenges in holding the elections and said that it would take more or less six months to prepare for the general elections.
