A five-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial will hear the presidential reference on April 12. Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan, Justice Mazhar Alam, Justice Muneeb Akhtar and Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel will be part of the five-member larger bench.

The court has issued notices to other parties including the Attorney General. A presidential reference was filed in the Supreme Court for disqualification of deviant members.

Similarly, the petition of the Supreme Court Bar to stop the procession before the no-confidence motion has also been fixed for hearing. The hearing on the petition of the Supreme Court Bar will also be held with a presidential reference.
