Islamabad:  Zahir Jafar, the main accused in Noor Muqaddam murder case has been acquitted of the charges. Lawyer Zahir Jafar says that Nour Muqaddam used to use drugs a lot. So tied up in the lounge, Noor Muqaddam was killed by someone from the party. According to media reports, the statements of all the accused in the Noor Muqaddam murder case were recorded. The court adjourned the hearing till February 14. Lawyer Zahir Jaffer said that on 18th July, Noor Muqaddam came to Zahir Jaffer's house voluntarily. Shortly afterwards, I was rescued by uniformed police and people in civilian clothes. When I was rescued, I found out that Noor Muqaddam had been killed by party members or someone else.

Plaintiff Shaukat Muqaddam is an influential person, he was wrongly involved in the case along with the police. The accused in his defense also requested to present evidence before the court saying that me and my parents are being involved in this case only because this unfortunate incident happened at my house, in this case and my parents are innocent. I was implicated because the plaintiff was influential.
