Pakistani-born Australian cricketer Usman Khawaja has decided not to leave his historic visit to Pakistan for the birth of his second child. According to a report published in The Sydney Morning Herald, Usman Khawaja is willing to make a lot of personal sacrifices to play in Pakistan. The first tour of Australia in 24 years will start and end in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The inaugural Test will be played from March 4 to 8 and four white ball matches will be played from March 29 to April 5.

Australia last visited Pakistan in 1998 when Mark Taylor's side won 1-0 in a three-Test series. Usman Khawaja said that he had a discussion with his wife about what would happen if his child was born in the middle of a Test match. His wife is very sensible.

According to a tweet from Cricket Australia, the Test team and related staff will leave for Pakistan at the end of this month while the names of the white ball squad will be announced later.

Australian teams will travel to Pakistan in the middle of the tour for ODI and T20 matches. The first Test of the three-match series will be played in Rawalpindi from March 4. The second Test of the series will be played in Karachi from March 12 to 16 while the third Test will be played in Lahore from March 21 to 25.
