The prime minister has no authority to take action against a judge

Senior lawyers regarding the action against the judge in the case of journalist Mohsin Baig said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has no authority to take action against the judge. Imran Khan wants to be king. Talking to media, senior lawyer Latif Khosa said that the Prime Minister does not have the authority to take action against the judge. No member can take action against any judge.

The statement of the Prime Minister indicates that Imran Khan Badshah wants to be safe. The statement of the Prime Minister falls under the category of threat. There can be no greater contempt of court, not a single official was in official uniform.

On the other hand, senior lawyer Imran Feroze while talking to reporters said that a review petition can be filed against the order of the judge. There are examples of deleting things, the government's statement against the Additional Sessions Judge will not do anything, I do not think there will be any merit in it.

It may be recalled that in the Mohsin Baig case, the government had decided to take action against the Additional Sessions Judge. The government decided to file a reference against the Additional Sessions Judge of Islamabad, who had declared the FIA raid against Mohsin Baig illegal. Advocate General Islamabad Niazullah Niazi also confirmed that a private TV channel had filed a reference against the Additional Sessions Judge.
