The BAP was angry at the federal government's neglect Despite being an important coalition party in the federation, the BAP is not being given a legitimacy. Complaint to the federal government
ISLAMABAD The leadership of Balochistan Awami Party has expressed its displeasure over the neglect by the federal government and decided to review its relations with PTI. According to details, a meeting of BAP was held in which Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Abdul Qaddos Bizenjo, Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjarani, Speaker Jan Muhammad Jamali and members of Senate, National Assembly and provincial ministers participated.
In the meeting held in Quetta, the Chief Minister, Chairman Senate, Members of Assembly and Senate reviewed the relations between ANP and PTI. It was stated in the meeting that despite being a major ally BAP was not being given its rightful place. The BAP is tired of unconditionally supporting the PTI in the federation, which is tantamount to not representing the BAP in the federal cabinet.
It was stated in the meeting that lack of representation was increasing the feeling of deprivation in Balochistan and it was urged that the Chief Minister should inform the Prime Minister about the concerns of the party. Chief Minister Mir Abdul Qaddos Bizenjo will brief Prime Minister Imran Khan on the party's concerns. According to the party statement, in case of non-fulfillment of demands and removal of reservations, BAP will decide its future course of action.
It should be noted that since coming to power, the allies of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf PTI have broken down mountains of difficulties. The ruling party was also given a tough time by the opposition coalition parties, after which the government representatives were busy convincing the angry members. Earlier, the concerns of PML-Q, MQM and other allied parties have also come to the fore, while now the BAP has also started complaining to the ruling party.
