According to details, he was received at Noor Khan Air Base by Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed and Special Assistant to Prime Minister Imran Khan Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi. According to a statement issued by the Interior Ministry, Saudi Interior Minister Prince Abdul Aziz has arrived in Pakistan at the invitation of his counterpart Sheikh Rashid Ahmed. The talks will also focus on easing travel restrictions in the wake of the Corona virus outbreak. During his visit, the Saudi interior minister will discuss other important issues, including the regional situation.

In this regard, Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has said that Saudi Interior Minister is visiting Islamabad at the invitation of Pakistan. During this visit, talks and steps will be taken regarding return of Pakistani prisoners in Saudi jails. According to the Interior Ministry, the Saudi interior minister will meet his counterpart Sheikh Rashid, as well as Prime Minister Imran Khan and President Arif Ali, to discuss easing travel restrictions in the wake of the Corona epidemic.
