The ministry said that the Hajj Policy 2022 has not been announced yet and in this regard the ministry has not allowed any bank or tour operator to receive Hajj applications and until the Hajj Policy 2022 is announced no tour operator or No agent has the authority to collect money or passports from any person. If any individual or company does so, immediately inform the Ministry of Religious Affairs so that action can be taken against such persons.

The statement also directed Pakistanis wishing to perform Hajj to submit Hajj applications to banks and private tour operators until the Hajj Policy 2022 is announced through the ministry's website, newspapers and electronic media. Until then, no one should submit their passport and money to any person or tour operator, but if any person or company asks you to do so, immediately contact the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith. However, those who do not follow these instructions will be responsible for their own loss and the Ministry of Religious Affairs will not be held responsible in any way.
