ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Central Executive Committee (CEC) has expressed confidence in party leader Nawaz Sharif to bring down the government.

He said in his tweet that all the members of the party's Central Executive Committee meeting expressed unconditional confidence in Nawaz Sharif and said that Nawaz Sharif has the power to make all decisions, the party leadership has expressed full confidence in Nawaz Sharif.

It has been reported that party president and opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif has been given the task of liaising with political parties for a strategy against the government. On the other hand, Balochistan Awami Party has also expressed reservations over the attitude of the federal government.

After which the strategy of no-confidence motion will be decided after talks with PDM chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, while contacts will be initiated after taking a stand on the no-confidence motion. Sources said that PPP will be given the task of liaising with PML-Q. PPP can also talk to Jahangir Tareen from 6 MNS. While Makhdoom Ahmad Mahmood is already in touch with Jahangir Tareen, some of the angry members of the government are from Punjab and the rest are from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
