Legendary Indian singer Lata Mangeshkar has managed to beat corona and pneumonia after 21 days, but she is still in the ICU of the hospital.

Lata's recovery has been confirmed by the Maharashtra health minister himself. He said that the Indian singer was also removed from the ventilator, but she is still being given oxygen and is still in ICU.


Lata Mangeshkar was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai on January 8 after contracting pneumonia and corona, but her family reported to the media on January 11.


Lata Mangeshkar's niece had appealed to the people to pray for her speedy recovery and life.


It may be recalled that the Indian singer was also admitted to the hospital in 2019 due to respiratory problems. Lata celebrated her 92nd birthday in September last year.


Lata started singing regularly after the death of her father Dina Nath Mangeshkar in 1942. Among Dina Nath's daughters, Lata not only gained popularity in the world of heads but also her sister Asha Bhosle got a prominent place in singing.
