Inflation in the country has risen to 19.53 percent

 
  1.  ISLAMABAD: Inflation in the country has risen to 19.53 per cent this week. The rate of inflation has risen to 1.35 per cent this week. For the lowest income earners, it has risen to 21.46 per cent. According to the weekly report on inflation by the Bureau of Statistics, inflation in the country has risen again. Inflation for income earners has reached 21.46%.
  2. According to the report of the Bureau of Statistics, prices of 22 items have increased this week, while prices of 6 items decreased and prices of 23 items remained stable in the current week. Among the expensive items, the price of tomato has gone up from Rs 70.94 per kg to Rs 149.65 per kg, while live chicken has gone up by an average of Rs 19.33 per kg to Rs 203.39 per kg and garlic to Rs 17.80 per kg. The price of mustard oil rose by Rs 9.19 per kg. Domestic cylinders of LPG have become more expensive by Rs. Similarly, among the cheaper items, potatoes became cheaper by Rs 2.45 per kg, onions by Rs 1.40 per kg, eggs by Rs 6.5 per dozen and sugar by 76 paise per kg. On the other hand, the International Monetary Fund said that Inflation is rising in Pakistan and the current account deficit is widening. The recent measures taken by the government are conducive to stabilizing the economy and debt. Economic reforms will create new employment opportunities. The IMF said in its report that economic activity is recovering after the first wave of Corona while inflation in Pakistan is rising and current account deficit is widening. Yes, economic reforms will create new jobs.
